Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC) , , New Delhi YMCA has a Rural Development Centre a village Bulwana, Hodal. , The Centre is working in 12 villages in Hodal Block. Through these centers have , Programmes on literacy, community health and skill training for women and girls , are conducted. Self Help Groups are formed in the Hodal to make the women independent and self-reliant. Illiterate ladies and girls in the villages are made literate and taught the , basics of tailoring, embroidery and preventive maintenance of machines. , , IV. Education & Human Potential Development , , The Association through its Human Potential Development Programme provides , quality education to young persons in diverse areas, ranging from Primary School , to under graduate level Programmes. Office Management and Career Studies , Programs are providing employment oriented undergraduate programs. Under this program New Delhi YMCA is running Clinics for every , Community development centers (CDC) in all over Delhi including RCDC Hodal. , , The Association has conducted workshop on Awareness of HIV / AIDS to generate , Awareness on HIV / AIDS with the students. , , Free Eye camps, eye operations and general medical camps are organized each year.
