The Neelam Mahila Evam Bal Vikas Samiti Village Aryanagar Post Bangai District Gonda is an voluntary organisation registered under Society Registration Act since 1996 from its establishment main aims and objective of the society is improvement of the deprieved person of the nation and socio-eco development .society currently importing trainings to educated person in various training activities Male and Female to make them selfemployed these income generative activities are Tailoring,Stitching ,Typing and Shorthand .there are short term programme of six month and Theory Practical classes are taken .in the same regard society has organised Women Economic Programme NORAD under the scheme launched by Ministry of Human Resources Development Department for Women and Child Development Government ofIndia for Readymade Garments for Fifty women Grant in Aid for these programmes Rupees- 191035 is given to the Society.major aim and objective of these progrmme is improvement of lives of women who can earn livelyhood through Selfemployment, under this progrmme society has trained Fifty women successfully and they are working their own business and account has been settled .Society also working several Education programme providing Adult Eductation ,Computer Education ,programme concerned with Environmental Awareness activities ,Language promotion ,Women Empowerment and National Integration are also run by the society .Society also organised Cultural Programmes ,Old age care programmes in the eastern Uttar Pradesh.main objective of the society is social and economic develoment of the women specially uneducated giving Formal education,education through Vocational Training programme specially for Deprieved,Widow ,educated Young Girls and uneducated Women to improve their social standing through education and skill development. society has worked to form Self Help Groups by combining Men and Women with interest in same business is to be trained by society with employment oriented activities to lessen their Financial Insecurity and do their own business.These Groups are working with success.society also working on Aids Awareness programme ,Pulse Polio Vaccination and awareness for deadly diseases Cancer, TB and Hepatitis B
