Sickle Cell Awareness and Control Program 2009 to 2016 During the year totally survey has been complete on that basis in Thane and New Palghar District Solubility test taken from Asharam School Anganwadis , Primary School and under 20 years girls and Youths In that we also provided positive in Solubility testing they are refer to Rural Hospital and free treatment medicine in provide to us Group Meeting , Camps Campaign Testing Camps and Awareness program continued were continued with our Organizations 53 Field staff 11 Field Supervisor and 1 Project Manager , As for that above training program were conducted for Field Staff and then we started to work in Rural villages Ashram school primary School Secondary School , Collages as well as in anganwadis and Villagers Skilled Development Training Program To SHG group on Nursery Development Groups were working in Jawhar Block they planted 5 types of plantation i e , Bamboo Drumstick Papai Tulsi Shatavari and Ashvagandha this plants were purchase by Tribal welfare department one project called CCD for katkari community , Youth Programs In co ordination with Nehru Yuva Kendra and Aadivasi Utthan Karykaram Youth Club were established in 12 villages where Youth leadership , Training Programs were Arranged for 2 Days in that youth skilled Developing training programs like Fish Pond were established for fishing work They , got income and they also provide Fish to for the Purpose of selling Health Program Our Project has Organized and arranged General Health Check up camp for tribal villages mainly specific camp were also organized for , children AND Women Free Medicines were also provided to them by collection from private medical practitioner 159 children under 5 years 277 women under , 30 years in general 132 male were checked in that camp Health Program Our Project has Organized and arranged General Health Check up camp for tribal villages mainly specific camp were also organized for , children AND Women Free Medicines were also provided to them by collection from private medical practitioner 159 children under 5 years 277 women under , 30 years in general 132 male were checked in that camp
