Special features of the organization

Food processing: Organisation has obtained a license for the production and marketing from Govt. of India. 5236 women in the three districts are employed under the food processing unit and they are earning Rs.4000- 5000 per month. , Promotion of Dairy, Goatry and Poultry:893 families for Dairy, 3013 families for Goatry and 2256 families for poultry have been provided support for establishing independent very small enterprise at home , Hand craft and idol making: 516 artists have been trained by NBSKPK, who are earning from this. , Khadi: 218 Katin have been trained by NBSKPK, who are earning from this. , Agriculture promotion: , Floriculture: 272 small farmers have adopted flower cultivation in portion of their land , Group farming: A group of 4522 farmers were given orientation and encouraged for groups farming so that they can take bigger farms on lease , Training on SRI method and Organic farming: about 1823 farmers have been oriented on SRI methods of plantation of rice as well as use of organic manures in cultivation , Establishment of seed banks: 4 , Formation of farmers club: 56 Women & Men farmer clubs with 20-30 members each
