Organization is working since 2006 for employment and self employment of women and youths. and implemented various training programme, Design workshop, melas etc for upgrade them financial condition. The motto of the organizatino is to creat the work opportunity to the needy, poor and gas victims. As such organization is started its job with jute craft with a limited artisans. Gradually the strength has been raised to 500 working women of weaker section, after knowing the importence of SHGs, the organization has formed SHG s with the assistance of Zilla Panchayat. In the scheme of AHVY was sanctinoed to the organization by the office of the Development Commissioner Hanidicraft, as such the SHG members were taken to the skill up-gradatin in many crafts.
