Special features of the organization

The HHRDS has its own campus and land at Bhurung, East Sikkim and Bagdogra closed near International airport in the Darjiling District of Eastern Himalayas. Since its inception the institute has been organised Himalay International Seminar and Festival in the Himalayas region including Bhutan, Nepal and Tibet. The society has collected about 450 Masks, 166 musical instruments, ornaments, rare manuscripts and other artifacts An international museum HIMALAY VISHWA SANGRAHALAY has been setup.
