Organization Molecular welfare society is Participating in social welfare activities and functioning in up-liftment of underprivileged and people in distress like people with disability, prolonged sickness of TB and un- employed Youths, Health and support activities for Old aged/ Senior Citizens. , The Organization has participated in Government sponsored programe of district Urban Development Authority Designated by state Government of Madhya Pradesh for SJSRY program since 2009 to 2012 and Participation in National Rural Livelihood Mission Project on District Poverty Alliviation ( DPIP). , The Organization has good experience of formation of SHG/JLGin Rural and urban out reached areas of Gwalior and Chambal Division. also in District Rewa, Indore.The Beneficiaries has undergone Skill building Training on Livelihood Aspects, focussed attention being paid as Hand holding support for placement, Self- employment generation and back word & forward Linkages for marketing, with Financial Institution for required support. , Organization is actively Carrying activities on free coaching, IIT-JEE, PET & PMT Coaching for Youths. Society is a registered Vocational Training Provider By DGE&T Govt of India to provide Vocational Training on MES Trades. , Main Objective of the Organization are- , Sustainable development of Excluded Communities & Women. , To Encourage and Enhance the Cadre of Youths by Providing Coaching for entrance Examination for better and higher Prospects and Self reliance. , Hand holding support to rural entrepreneures for employment generation and placement after skill development .
