Medhavi has skill-trained and provided employment opportunities to 25,000 beneficiaries in the last 8 years. It is empaneled with MSDE as a TPA to promote Apprenticeship scheme and has tie-ups with 100 large and mid-sized companies for entry-level recruitment under NAPS scheme. It has state-of-the-art skill training facilities in 8 east and northeast states of India including Sikkim and Mizoram. It has received LOI from Sikkim Government for establishing Medhavi Skills University. ,
