Marian Divyakarunyalayam Ponnad is running a centre for mentally sick mentally sick cured destitutes Presently there are 40 such persons above the age of 18 who all are destitutes Some persons are collected from street the others send by the Social Welfare Departments of the Govt of Kerala various religious institutions other charity organizations This is a unit registered as a Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre of Mentally Persons under Social Justice DT
