1) Manavlok launched a project called , Farm Mechanization Through this , program technology is promoted in agriculture. , 2) Basic Support (seeds and Fertilizers, , horticulture plants, forestation plants, etc) , 3) Enhancing Support {Electric motors, , Pipeline supports, Medium lift irrigation , scheme, Drip irrigation, Green house, , organic farming, soil testing, etc,} , 4) MANASWINI MAHILA PRAKALP Is the wing for women empowerment that is achieved through developmental and welfare services. Manaswini has the facilities of shelter home for destitute women, free counselling cell and legal aids as well as a hostel. , 5) VOCATIONAL TRAINING: , Manaswini provides training with an objective to support women take up vocations. Trainings are provided on tailoring, dress designing, tie and dye, craft works, bags production, masonry, food processing, cycle and stove repairing etc , 6) EDUCATION: , Presently, Manavlok is running one Art centre, one Balwadi (pre-school), one MSW (Master of Social Work) College. , 7) Manavlok is promoting Child Rights through functioning of Childline 1098 services as Nodal-Organization for Beed District, Maharashtra. , 8)HEALTH: , Manavlok has conducted several types of free health camps through mobile clinic, awareness and trainings at village level for the sanitation programs, drinking water facilities, and primary health care systems. Presently, Manavlok is rendering services under NRHM as Community Monitoring (CBM). , 9) CAPABILITY BUILDING and EMPOWERMENT: , Manavlok as a District Resource Organisation by Maharashtra government to train the missionaries of Watershed Development program of the Maharashtra state. , 10) WELFARE SERVICES: , Manavlok through welfare services reaches who are affected by natural disasters like earthquake, drought, insufficient rains. During such circumstances Manavlok has extended help to the victims in the form of Relief services.
