Special features of the organization

Manipur Guidance Centre is currently running a Special School for Mental Retardation in Bishnupur District, Manipur with the financial assistance from the Ministry (DDRS). The organisation regularly conducts several programmes/activities such as Awareness on Early Intervention, Prevention and Causes of CP and MR, Awareness on Teaching Strategies for MR Persons, Awareness on Yoga Theraphy for MR & CP & Other Disabilities, and Observance of World Disables Day in different villages of the district.
