Major Achievements , 1 12300 women were provided services of FST (Female Sterilization) under Family Planning intervention , 2 40 men were provided services of MS (Male Sterilization) , 3 2900 women were provided service to link with IUCD (Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device) , 4 360 women were provided service to link with DMPA (Depot Medroxy Progesterone Acetate) , 5 1150 women were provided service to link with OCP( Oral Contraceptive Pill) , 6 2080 adults men and women were provided services of STD (Sexually Transmitted Decease) treatment and care , 7 2500 population were provided health services through Health and Medical check up camps , 8 12 clients were linked with Drug de Addiction Centre , 9 1400 adults men and women were supported to HIV testing , 10 520 adults Injecting Drug Users were provided Needle and Syringes (as per guidelines of NACO) to prevent HIV , 11 1270 Scheduled Caste Children have been educated through NFE (Non formal Education) and Minimum Learning Level were built. , 12 1180 Scheduled Caste Children were provided educational services through Remedial Coaching and Support Centers. , 13 1700 Scheduled Caste women were supported and facilitated to form the SHGs and supported to run the SHGs with competencies of Micro-Finance and Micro Enterprises , 14 1500 Scheduled Caste women have provided skill training in different trade to start the Micro Enterprises , 15 1200 women were supported to link their products local Market , 16 900 adults and youth were provided skill training in different trades i.e Terracotta Pottery, Spinning Cotton, Agarbatti making, Carpet Making, Detergent Powder Making, Tailoring, Paper Bags, Jute Bags etc. , 17 250 adults and youth were provided Individual Income generation services i.e. Grocery Shop, Rickshaw Trolley, Piggery, Ducks etc.
