Organisation is running higher secondary school since 1979 with more than 500 students. Organisation has organized many awareness camp in respect to Swarn Jayanti yojana including , PMRY, IRDP, Indra Awas Yojana, Panchayti raj etc successfully. Organisation also running many program women rights and empowerment, eliminate Gender issue, eliminate child marriage and dowry system. Organization has organized many health awareness and free health check up camp in rural areas like HIV/AIDS awareness campaign also has established a dispensary at Porsa in the year 98-99. Organization is running 5 creche programs for poor working women and children. As in the past years, parishad organised family welfare awareness camps in slums and labour oriented area and provided awareness through resource person, the method of maintenance of gap in the birth of , Two children s, use of condoms, etc to the eligible couple. Parishad organised awareness camps to protect natural environment in slum and industrial area. Awareness was created in respect of environment, factors responsible for pollution and measures to be taken up by slum dwellers to control pollution and maintenance of neat and clean environment for their good health. , Organisation is running family counselling centres for women who are having family problems. Over all about 1200 cases has been registered till date out of 960 scaled and remaining are under process. , Organization ran computer training for youth and women in past years. All the students from program have got employment in public and private sector. In past, organization has organized road safety program in many areas of morena and Gwalior dist. Training in dress designing and swinging to poor unemployed women is a regular feature since 1980. They are given training in dress designing for a period of one year so that they could established income and also organization distributed free swing machine to poor women to start their live hood. , Organisation has provided training for making handicraft item to poor family/women/girls to give them opportunity for employment and to preserve natural heritage in area of Morena dist. , Organisation has provide training program for Two/Three/Four wheeler repairing to unemployed poor youth of weaker section for a period of 1 year.
