MNC provides Early Intervention Services to Children with Mental Retardation in the age group birth to six years using Upanayan which is an indigenous systematic structured program , It was developed and designed to suit the Indian socioeconomic conditions and cultural milieu, MNC has been serving children for the past twenty eight years without dilution of the vision mission and values of the organization , So far five thousand eight children have passed through the annals of the Institution
