Mainly working among sexual minorities and sex workers since inception. Working for social and cultural development. Working with them for their ecconomic, social and cultural development. Main areas of intervention include heatlh awareness, HIV/AIDS prevention, rehabilitaion of sex workers and their behavioural change through micro finance and SHGs etc. , PROJECTS: , Lasyakairali is an implementing agency of of Suraksha project funded by Kerala State AIDS Control Society(KSACS). Suraksha is a sexual health program of the Government of Kerala. Lasyakairali Ssuraksha project is working amoung Men who have sex with men (MSM) in the area. The area covered under this project includes Kottayam, Pala, Vaikom, Ettumanoor and Changanacherry of Kottayam District of Kerala. , Other Programmes: , Art &Culture: Another area of intervention is in ARTS and Culture. Conducting training in in Dance and dance performances. Running a Professional cultural troop also. , Medical Aid: Providing medical and finacial support to its poor members who are in urgent need of medicine or health care. , Financial Support: providinig financial support for marriage of children, their education of their members. , Legal Support: Providing legal support for their memebrs for any legal issues.
