Kunwar Ram Bux Singh Educational Society

Society have 5 school and colleges in running in Tehsil Hasanganj, Unnao (U.P.) by which society provide quality, employment oriented education, organized sports, cultural activities, debate and seminar on different social evils to educate the rural youth, in addition to the school and college provide free of cost education to the students coming from the poor families.Near about 70 percent population of the country still live in the villages whose main occupation is agriculture or its related areas. The main problem faced by the rural mass is illiteracy, lack of scientific knowledge about crop cultivation and absence of good storage structure in case of huge harvest which leads to huge post harvest loss and deterioting economic condition of the farmer. To address these problems the society have established Virendra Kumar Singh Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Dhaura, Unnao (U.P.) in 4th November 1999, funded by Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. In addition to this five school/colleges (one dedicated to girl Sabha Kumari Inter College) have been established in Tehsil Hasanganj, Unnao to impart quality and employment oriented education to the rural children.The novelties of the activities being run by Kunwar Ram Bux Singh Educational Society are as follows. , Focus on enhancing production of agricultural and horticultural crops through different activities like training, demonstration, on farm trails, gosthies, awareness camps, seed distribution, exposure visits etc . , Work for upliftment of rural population especially weaker section, SC/ST population and women sector through different DBT sponsored projects. , Promoted organic farming through vermicomposting, vermiwash, NADAP compost, green manuring and bio formulations. , Promotion of livestock was done by skill development oriented trainings, Artificial insemination, animal health camps and immunization programmes.
