Special features of the organization

Direct work is being done on the education of 2000 children of Kotra due to which 20 percentage child labor has stopped. Work is being done to establish trust between workers and employers by mediating on the legal disputes of workers. In order to strengthen the Gram Sabha in the village a village development plan has been prepared in 162 villages along with the community and has been included in the plan of the Panchayat. Claims have been made in 50 villages under Community Forest Rights.
