The trust Organizes and Manages Bhandara at Sri Annapurna Temple in Varanasi, where it provide free Meal twice a day and Prasadam for free to General public and Sadhus. It provide Medical Aid to Poor- Needy and Sadhus for free. It held Collective Marriage ceremonies (Samuhik Vivah) and Samuhik Yagnopaveeth Sanskar. The trust manages Shelters and provide residential facilities to Pilgrims, Sadhus and needy people.
