1. Partnerships structured with various Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), District Industries Centre (DICs), as also with different industrial houses operating in the state , 2. Course Modules designed and training started in 6 different vocational skill sets , 3.The foundation has started work in the most backward districts of Kalahandi and Nuapara in Orissa, currently training about 140 youths , including 27 girls , 4. Vision documenty prepared with a bold, ambitious yet achievable target of training 10000 youths every year, by 2015
