This Institute is established as community service project of the Rotary Club of Jabalpur The Institute was formally declared functional by the them Chief Justice of Supreme Court Honble Justice J S Verma on 18th April 1997 The Institute is located in the premises of the Rotary Club of Jabalpur Today it has staff of experienced well trained senstive professionals social workers and well trained special educators The closely laise with inmates of the intitute and also with parents of the children
