DR. J. LAKSHMANAN AND HIS TEAM RECEIVING THE DR. K.S.SANJIVI AWARD FOR THE YEAR 2006 FROM HIS EXCELLENCY DR. SURJIT SINGH BARNALA, THE GOVERNOR OF TAMILNADU.
