With due guidance and technical - academic support from M/o HRD and DAE - GOI, initiatives taken to promote, aid and foster the growth of Small Scale Industries trades skills trainings which indeed played a vital role in the growth of economy as engine growth even though non-formal adult education system. And certain thrust areas identified of growth like Fashion Designing, Plumbing and Sanitary Work, Welding and Fabrication and Electrical. These trades were labour intensive and manpower generated for good employment and self employment to a good number of persons by and large. Moreover, courses help in improving their skill, upgrade their technology and refine skill. More than hundred number of success stories of trained beneficiaries received so far now enable them doing economic activity. , , It is strived to achieve the targeted programmes i.e. courses and activities with covering of beneficiaries during the year. JSS organized 11 Courses with 111 batches and 2205 coverage of beneficiaries to a good number of clientele groups
