1- To improve occupational skills and technical knowledge of the illiterates, Neo literates and poor villagers to raised their efficiency and increse productive ability. , 2- To organised training and orientation cources for KRPs MTs, on desiging development and implementation of skill development programmes under the scheme of CE for neo literates. , 3- To promote national goals such as National ingration, secularism, population and development, womens equality, protection and conservation of enviornment. , 4- To provide acadmic and technical resource support to ZSS.
