Jai Bhairv Welfare Society is a non-profit community based organization working towards peopole empowerment, education and livelihood promotion. , , JBWS aspires to improve the living conditions of the poor and marginalized by adopting strategies & Technology through community initiative, participation and sensitization. , , Founded in 2009, the organization has worked among the villagers and boarder area of Rajasthan. People self-help groups have been taken as the base for all interventions and livelihood activities enabling them to contribute towards mainstream development process. , , The main objectives of the Project are: , , To strengthen the income-generating capacity of the unemployed youth, with a special focus on rural unemployed youth. , To facilitate the groups to develop their managerial and technical capabilities so that they manage their micro enterprise efficiently. , To establish effective linkages between the Rural Youth and all major support organizations by creating a single platform for communication. , To provide market information and develop the capacity of the Rural Artisans for conducting market research. , To promote community based organizations at grassroots level for sustainable development in rural and coastal areas. , Currently, both companies share the same management, operating address and human resources.
