Major Activities/Achievements:1.Enforcement of Human Rights: Community Education for Awareness on Human Rights,Social Justice,and Dalit Liberation Uniting Dalits to prepare them to meet their own needs-Self Defence. Training Dalit Young men and women and guiding Dalits in availing Welfare Schemes of the state and central government.Advocacy on community needs and services such as drinking water,streets lights, and road facilities2.Enforcement of Women:Women Groups Formation(SHGs)Savings and Micro Enterprises Skill and capasity building for women empower themselves,Education and accessing women health needs on reproductive health,Formation of Federation of the SHGs formed at the Panchayat Level,Block level and District level.3.Protection of Child Rights and Promotion of Child Welfare:Non Formal Education to persuade children to continue schools and hygienic behaviour and practices.Child care services through care takers.Healthy and Hygienic environment activities for the children.4HIV/AIDS Preventive Education:Preventive Education among the Industrial Workers and Female Sex Workers,Home based care services,Free supply of Uniform,Free Books and Educational Materials to the Positive Childrens.5.Anti-Trafficking Initiative:Identification of the Girls subject to trafficking by investigating the people from high risk group,Rescue of the girls with the help of the police,Rehabilitation of Trafficking girls till they reach their parents/care tackers.
