Human Development Foundation of Sikkim

Providing free education and running school and hostel up to 10th standard. The target groups are tribal and children from very low income group from all over Sikkim. , we have successfully completed 19 years of service and in the year 2002 our organisation was awarded National Award for Child Welfare by the Ministry of Human Resource Development Department of Women and Child Development, Government of India. Since 2005 over 236 children have completed their secondary examination successfully and there are 360 students presently studying including 3 projects (i.e. hostel for boys & girls). , Our Founder Trustee Miss Keepu T.Lepcha was also conferred Padma Shree in the year 2009 for her social work.
