It undertakes programmatic intervention focusing on Education, Health, Livelihood and Governance. Its activities are supplemented by research, evidence based advocacy and action programme to setup model institution and demonstration projects involving traditional and emerging knowledge and Technologies. State nodal agency for Gaon Swasthya Samikhya supported by NHM, Govt. of Odisha. Management of 5 PHCs in 2 backward districts of Odisha. Organising State Level workshops on Right to Education supported by UNICEF. Conducting district plan for 9 districts supported by Planning & Coordination Department, Govt. of Odisha. Establishment of Green technology park & Gramin ITC in 35 Acres of Land for Technology Transfer for rural population in the district of Mayurbhanj. Conducting placement linked training programme in 9 districts supported by Govt. Conducting Skill Development training programme in Agri in gramin ITC & Non-Agri trades (Welding, Sewing Machine, Solar Technician) at Gramin ITC supported by ILFS. Organising Odisha Environment Congress since 2010 in various themes related to environment, climate change & Health.
