Vipassana is India most ancient techniques of meditation which was rediscovered and taught by the Buddha as a universal remedy for universal ills .Non-sectarian technique aims mental purification by which it brings happiness free from all defilements. It is a way of self transformation through self observation. It is educative and creating peace and harmony within oneself and among whole the society. Our trust is teaching vipassana in 10day residential courses, without charging any fees.
