The year 2014-15 has been seen GSMT has undertaken 28 projects and direct interventions in more than 327 villages from 19 blocks of three districts namely Amravati Chandrpur and Yavatmal. The total outreach during the years has been at least with 40644 households and 203218 people. GSMT has worked with various constituency groups including small and marginal farmers women youth tribals and children person with Disabilities FSW MSM Migrant for their welfare support and empowerment. A total of 38 Community Forest Rights claimes have been sanctioned by the District Level Committee. Total 8318.42 ha. Of forest come to 38 villagers for management. Section 4 one e committee have been formed at the village level in 10 villages and capacity building programmes under taken for committee and Gramsabha members. In five villages Forest management plans were prepare by Gram sabhas. A total of 78 families have received gas cylinders through the forest department. 33 Biodiversity Management Committees BMC have been formed and 15 BMCs have opened bank accounts. Plantation of 27000 sap lings in Awalgaon forest under MREGA. A total 26600 farmers from the villages are undertaking various capacity building program. 3292 farmers have been trained under Better Cotton System in cotton focus on reduction of fertilizers and pesticides and to undertake better marketing. A total of 121 learning group have been formed out of which 121 have been approved under better cotton initiative. Community based support and rehabilitation of people with disabilities and children with disabilities. Provision of services and support of PLHIV including migrant labourers female sex workers FSW and men having sex with men MSM and efforts to halt and reverse the prevalence of HIV AIDS. Community based monitoring CBM GSMT was consultant organization for state healh system resource center under evaluation of community based monitoring and planning of health care services under NRHM for five districts in Vidarbha. , A total of 106 children of female sex workers have benefited by Anand Balsadan and are undergoing mainstream education in different schools. Moreover nine girls from Anand Balsadan have been admitted to nursing course. Previously three girls from here have completed nursing course and have jobs in a private hospital in Pune. Three boyes are pursuing their higher education and two girls have completed ITI training. 16 children in Anandbalsaddan have received Adhar cards.
