Special features of the organization

In 2019 our work impacted over 8000 workers which increased to over 35000 workers in 2020. During this time period we have enabled the scale up of soft skills training program for female garment workers in India and globally to over 500000 women and girls through our research, which helped determine a return of investment of 250 percent. We have designed and tested a program for soft skills training program for factory supervisors that helped create a safe and more productive work environment.
