Special features of the organization

The Genesaret Gospel Home was firstly started with the intention of being able to be a blessing to anyone who is in need within Mizoram and accordingly to any place elsewhere.Ever since the Home was established, it was meant for all sorts of people, young and old who were in need of care and protection, alcoholic, substance abusers and people having chronic illness. Slowly pacing up its path and making modifications along its path, when the year 2007turn up the Home changes its path of direction and was transformed into a home made for only children i.e., 18 years and below who were in need of care and protection. , , Ever since then, The Genesaret Gospel Home follows that path till-date and became the only Child Care Institution within the whole of Champhai District, Mizoram. Centering and focusing on children, the Home tried its best to guide the children towards becoming a blessing for theirfamily and also moralizing them in terms of religious belief, work ethics, faith, hope and becoming a good , citizens. , , The Home has primary and middle section of school within its campus at present. The Government soon recognized their efforts and works; then , the Home received funds for school buildings and more teachers were given to them. Maintaining their good results at Board Examination, when 2007 turn up, the Home school stood at the top amongst all other schools within Champhai District. Slowly growing, middle section was then started and is still runung strong. At present, the Genesaret Gospel Hiome School has 10 SSA teachers and 1 CSS (Hindi) teacher.
