The organisation reflects within its structural & functional setup the interest group of a cross section of the larger demography like women & children, PWDs, Other socio economically marginalised sections like SC/ST/OBC people, aged population etc. in gradual sequence of the continuity of the agency it had undertaken several programme majors, inrespect of women empowermnet, IGP, Development of Agriculturel, Awareness generation programmes, Water & Sanitation, Helth & higen, enviornment status, CRECHE, Women and aged population group, library and information service, disaster manegement etc. intervention in the field of commuinity helth with focous on RCH and HIV/AIDS prevention, maleria control and prevention, has been contunining from 2002-03 till now.
