Special features of the organization

Empowerment of women is the main objective of this NGO and conducted many programmes in previous years for the financial and social development of its members like awareness camps, extended financial assistances, Diary project, Micro Diary Unit, Medical camp, Help & Study materials for children, Eye camp, Micro financing, Human Rights programme skill training workshops etc. For ensuring employment for unemployed women, trainings were provided to 300 women in banana fibre handicraft items like table mat, decoration mat, wall hanger, dolls, doormat, different types of bags, different types of purse, different types of mats, boat hanger, chapels and hats through the Khadi Commission Training Centre. These trained women were obtained Identity cards from State Government and health cards from Government of India. Under the KVIC training centre, presently 5 artisans are undergoing expert training.
