Special features of the organization

Our program for Young women is now completely led by the alumni of our program and is running in 4 States. Through our program, young women without professional qualifications or formal college education have entered the development sector and are now decision-making positions Although our Jugaad Lab is in a preliminary stage, it has already shown impact. The participating girls have performed better in their school exam results. One girl also got admission into a Polytechnic college .
