Special features of the organization
The organization ECOVIC was establish in Patna (Bihar) by the meetings of youths, landless, intellectuals, farmers, migrants for solving the problems of rural, poor farmers and landless persons. From the very inception we stressed on development of women and child in terms of education, health, employment, training, rights mode etc. Firstly we identified the rural youths and volunteers for mobilizing the rural people and women in the active participation of rural development process. , We have undertaken various developmental interventions by the support of Govt. and none. Govt. agency, in the areas of drug abuse (Kaimur), HIV/AIDs Intervention programme (Kaimur), Disabilities (Samarth for M.R, M.D, Autism, cerabalsy & Special School for Speech & hearing children at Gaya), Special School for Child labour (at Patna & Gaya), Watereshed management, problem of drinking water, low cost toilets, environment education, small family norm and spacing methods, sustainable rural development programme, panchayati raj, SC & ST and child rights, Adult education centre in different district of Bihar. , Presently thousand of people are associated with our mission and take part in decision-making process during planning process, design and monitoring and evaluation for greater transparency and smooth implementation of the projects. , We always involve in local people in planning, design, implementation and evaluation. We always involve in local people, minorities, Dalit, women should get the entitlements of social-economic, political and cultural rights. , We need much financial support for other operations. We are communicating with various donors too. , Our officials members and grass root level volunteers are working very hard to give a new space of the project area on all fronts-socio-economic and other social parameters. , Our grass root workers and animators are reaching on the door stapes of under privileged and unnerved people for working with the organization. , Thousand of people are supporting our views, vision and mission. We take a pledge to serve the common mass. , Area of Operation:- Our Ngo is working various developments and research works in the Bihar states. At present Society working in the Patna, Gaya, Kaimur, Kathari, Begausari, Jamui and Deoghar district of Bihar and Jharkhand.
