Special features of the organization
1. Balakalakaar - An Artist in Every Child: 1000+ Underprivileged Kids were benefited and 40 Students were given a scholarship of Rs 10000 each. , 2. Roshan Up Lives: Awareness Documentary to support street people and reduce pollution. Blankets were also distributed to nearly 200 people. , 3. World Environment Day: Day celebration to promote environment conservation by tree distribution in the vicinity and creating a documentary for visual promotions. , 4. Women Transforming India: Our President nominated Muskaan Ahirwar and she was awarded by NITI Aayog for her contribution towards the society for running a library. , 5. Women Higher Education for Peace, Vienna Forum: Our President represented India at United Nation HQ, Vienna in 2016. , 6. Live With Bapu: Promoted Gandhian Values by organising a Poster Making Competition with participation of 600+ youths from schools and colleges. , 7. Statue Cleaning: Cleaned nearly 200 Statues of National Icons across India on Independence Day and paid tribute to the national icons. , 8. Walk for Freedom: Organised a walk with titles of freedom across 7 states of India with a huge participation from youths. 70 Titles of freedom were showcased as India completed 70 years of freedom. , 9. Joy of Giving: Close to 2000 clothes were collected as a part of Joy of Giving Week and were donated to the needy on the eve of Diwali. , 10. National Youth Award: The President of Elixir Foundation was awarded with National Youth Award for his exceptional services towards Community Welfare. , 11. Indian Delegation to Bahrain: Madhish Parikh, President of Elixir Foundation was chosen by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India and represented India at Bahrain. , 12. Anti Corruption Pledge: The Foundation Members actively participated in the Integrity Pledge initiated by Central Vigilance Commission and appealed other citizens to do the same. , 13. Youth Development Programmes: The foundation have actively executed various Leadership and Youth Development Programmes at various colleges and institutes in Ahmedabad. , 14. Global Village: The foundation has partnered with AIESEC, World s largest Youth Run Organisation and organised Global Village where in nearly 70 International Interns came to Ahmedabad and promoted International Integration.
