Any positive change in the society is possible only with greater participation of women hence women empowerment is one of the major interventions of the organization, Through SHG the rural women are able to improve their economic condition and assert themselves in their families and in the society, The organization has been promoting farmers clubs in collaboration with NABARD since 2010 The farmers are motivated to take the lead for the organic farming, 4300 SHG women are actively involved
