Since its inception, the organization conducted training and skill up gradation programs, medical camps, capacity building workshops through various Government schemes. This resulted in building self confidence among rural women and urban poor, changing traditional system of social behaviors, inculcated sense of responsibility for income generation and awareness about hygiene and health related issues
