This rural region of Maharashtra was lacking timely secondary level health care facility, Titwala is situated 65 km away from Mumbai surrounded by 68 villages. Creative Group has started working for rural health care, and with the aim of hospital started Creative Polyclinic in the year 2000. After a struggle of twelve long years we could achieved our aim of secondary health care level hospital at Titwala, This has resolved major issue of getting timely treatment in emergencies in this rural part
