Special features of the organization

Our major focus is to engage in Policies concerning Consumer Protection and Rights of Citizens. Founders of the organisation has worked for more than 33 years on Consumer Education and Advocacy. We were active in drafting the Consumer Protection Act 1986, Right to Information Act 2005, Electricity Act 2003, COTPA 2003, Food Safety and Standards Law 2006. We have received awards from WHO and Trade Bodies. We are members on several Expert Committees and Working Groups constituted by Govt of India.
