About the Voluntary Organization:- , , The Community Action for Rural Excellence (CARE) is the Voluntary organization, working since last Nine years in the fields of rural development. The psyche behind the inception of organization is to resemble the group of young educated, alike thinking gathered at the common place and decide to be registered the Voluntary organization. The organization got registered in1997 and established its registered office at Birla and Targeted Intervention Project (TIP) Branch office at Sataun in Sirmour Distt. of Himachal Pradesh to achieved its vision and mission. The main reason behind the registration of the organization is to help the Government, catalytic agent could not tackle all the efforts alone, therefore, and the initiative should be come from voluntary organization to achieve all round development of the rural development. The location of the project area is difficult in terms of geographical and assessment of road facilities, mass prevalence of illiteracy, and women is more backwards in terms of education and health status. , , a) The vision: , To achieved the goals of Voluntary aspects through integrated development of rural community. , , b) The Mission: , The mission to achieve the vision is to make the base line survey of the operational area and implement the relevant application to meet the overall requirement of the community. , , c) The Goals: , To promote all aspects of Voluntary work to achieve the milestone of social reforms. , To raise the socio-economic and educational status of women and Childs through mass development approach in their traditional culture. , To aware the village community and weaker section of the society and ensure their participation in the social development and welfare activities. , To involve the educated, unemployment youths in various development activities, thereby using their skill, technical knowledge and energy for the well being of the village community. , To help in creating the better awareness mechanism to build up neat and clean environment, better health status through effective networking, campaigning and advocacy. , To aware and combat the burning issues like STD/HIV/AIDS, deforestation, disaster, gender equity and prevailing local and traditional system in the society with the active participation of village community. , To demonstrate and dissemination of technological aspects on acquired knowledge and traditional dying wisdom and hence organize regular programmes in the fields of agriculture, livestock, medicine and education for the socio-economic development of the society. , To organize the rural women at the village level, formulation and promotion of Self-help thinking, change agent in the society, mobilization of Ekal Nari Shakti Sangthan to claim their entitlement. , To ensure the empowerment of rural poor women by establishing the mechanism of awareness and education especially on the Reproductive and Child health care.
