1. K Shivram Industrial Training Institute( Affiliated to NCVT,New Delhi), Bangalore- received its first batch of students in the year 2003-2004. More than 300 students have passed out of out of ITI and are either working for good companies or have started their own enterprise. Every year 90% of the students pass out with flying colors. , , 2. Promotion of Self Help Groups (SHG) groups to promote savings amongst poor women and to help the poor realise their entrepreneurial skills through Training. Our organization presently contains around 3000 SHG members. , , 3. Encouragement of micro enterprises among women , , 4. Vocational Trainings for SHG members: Bamboo & Plastic flower making, Garland making, Chips making and packing and beauty parlour courses. , , 5. Skill Training for the unemployed and students: Carpentry, Basic electronics, Machine Traiing and House wiring courses. , , 6. Health Awareness programmes, Tuberculosis Awareness programmes under ACSM for 4 years in and around Bangalore, De-Addiction programmes which helped - benefiaries quit alcohol addiction, Health check up camps, Blood donation camps, HIV/AIDS Awareness Programmes. , , 7. Partnership in lake restoration and Development, Our organization currently manages Kowdenahalli Lake near K R Puram and all the activities in and around the lake.
