The maojor activities we carry out are sensitization programme at community level through the medium information communication and education .We plug the gaps in implementation of Govt programs and schemes,Network building with like minded credible NGOs for participative advocacy for policy level changes.Strengthening the community based organisation through capacity building of its members.Documentation of best practices is done for each project for monitoring Evaluation and learning Management Data being collected from bottom to top level through structured management information system .The major achievements is availing the govt health services at VHND the institutional delivery has increased to substanial level and less no.of maternal death and newborn death is reported .School Enrollment is increased in rural govt schools and SMC has taken the ownership of managements of schools.People with disability have been socially & economically rehabilitated Children with special needs are mainstreaming with normal children Advocacy campaign in association with jharkhand legal services authority in combating girls child marriage in the state of jharkhand Convergence with three pillars of JJ System for strengthening and implementing of ICPS Integrated tribal development has improve the lives of 300 families.
