CRDS is a non governmental, secular, charitable, non-profitable and non-political organization working for the welfare of women, children,rural and weaker sections of the society from the date of its registration. CRDS mission is to assist people from the most marginalized communities to make them earn their livelihood by our self employment oriented training programmes and bring them into the mainstream especially girls and women. Our efforts has strengthen the process of human resource development ( women empowerment, community health, literacy and education, spiritual and cultural awakening,moral values and skill development.
