During last couple of years the concept of Environment Protection and Going For Green have been the focal point of attraction and have become the most important and indispensible facet of any kind of infrastructural development and other auxiliary services. Research held during last couple of years in the field of Environment and Climate Change issues has made them mainstream over any business, including infrastructure development and consultancy. So, looking at the demand of the era the proposed center will concentrate on projects related to Environment and Climate Change issues and will put the best efforts to serve the mankind , As has been globally realized (especially after the Earth Summit at Rio de Janeiro, June 14, 1992, which led to adaptation of agenda 21), sustainability of development is intimately connected with climate and environment such that continued satisfaction of human needs for present and future is ensured by the developmental process.. Effectively, sustainable development underlines a holistic-approach to ensure a balance between natural resources, society and environment. The balance between the satisfaction and conservation of all resources implies strategic responses, which, in turn, require an understanding of mutual inter-dependencies of various resources and ecosystems as well as socio-economic inter-dependencies. Since, most of the problems have their unique information requirements, the solutions will require independent and innovative designs and therefore, call for extensive research and development work. , The center proposes to undertake work in this direction through system studies to plan any development process and prepare procedures to help in decision making. The decision support system is based on geo-informatics models coupled with models for natural resource usages, efficiency of available technologies, economic impacts, climate & environmental changes and societal usage pattern. , , On the above grounds, it is proposed to form a company to carry out activities to cater services to protect the environment and held the society by creating atmosphere for better leaving and livelihood of mankind.
