Central Government Pensioners Welfare Association, Noida is working for the welfare of the retired central government officers and staff residing in Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar . In fact it is the only registered body of central government officers and staff in the whole NCR. Taking the activities of CGPWA into cognizance , CGPWA Noida has been nominated as a permanent member to the SCOVA by the Ministry of Personnel, P.G. and Pensions, Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare New Delhi. CGPWA Noida is working with the motto, SERVICE TO PEOPLE IS SERVICE TO NATION. We are actively associated with the Ministry of Health to mitigate the hardships, if any, of the senior citizens and super senior citizens being faced by them in CGHS Welness Center. We also organise computer literacy programme for the retired persons to give them basic knowledge of computer. We are also closely associated with Digital India programme of our PM. As per directions and assistance provided by Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare we worked hard to get the Pension Accounts of our Pensioners linked with their Aadhar Number for Aadhar based annual identification of the Pensioners from the local banks or CGPWA Noida Office. We are proud to say that Department of Pensions and pensioners welfare has made a commendable job for the welfare of the Pensioners as a whole and particularly members of CGPWA Noida of NCR.
