EMPOWERMENT OF THE RURAL CHILDREN: Summer camps are conducted to bring out their talents and improve their knowledge of English. , LIVELIHOOD ADVANCEMENT FOR UNEMPLOYED YOUTH: The women are trained in Tailoring cum dress designing and the men are trained in Motor Driving. , SNEHA BUILDING COMMUNITY RESILIENCE TO HIV/AIDS: Promoting the Positive Support Group in availing the support through the ASHA, Anganwadi, ANM, Village Health Committees and Self Help Groups. , SUJALA JALAYANA-WATERSHED PROGRAMME: BDSSS has developed the area of 8767 hectares spread over in 12 micro watershed covering 15 villages through people participation. Under social sector 105 SHGs are formed involving 1468 women members and 72 Area groups covering the farmers of watershed area. , SANITATION FACILITIES FOR DISADVANTAGED RURAL FAMILIES: BDSSS has initiated to construct 250 toilets, for the rural poor familieswho are deprived of basic sanitation facilities.
