Special features of the organization
AIMS AND OBJECTS:- , The aim and objects of the society for which the above society is established shall be as under:- , (a) To Start establish ,run take over or manage and maintain schools, with an object to provide sound pre-primary, middle ,secondary, senior secondary and higher education of children by seeking reorganisation. , , (b). To arrange and manage the training institutions in programme for all age men, women, art, theatre music, dancing and physical education, coaching centre, and in other professional training subjects. , , (c). To conduct research in education and other disciplines on the different subjects relating to education. , (d).To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by awareness programs, adult education classes, lectures, programmes, press conference and seminars. , , (e).To provides food, cloths, and medical aid, and transportation, libraries, reading rooms and other possible facilities to the students.(f).To engage ,employ or home appropriate staff ,workers, legal experts and other professionals, attonnys managers and agent for work and furtherance of aims and objects of the society and to pay their wages, salaries stipends or fees. , , (g).To arranges and organise various kinds of men and women wailfair programs/activities. , , (h)To purchase/acquire the land and/or the building in the name of society and make construction thereupon. , , (i). to do such other things/acts/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the object of the society. , , (j). All the activities shall be non profitable and shall be done on no profit-no loss bases. , , (k). All the income ,earning moveable/or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the memorandum of society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits, or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members , of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of present or the last members, no members of the society shall have any personal claim or make any profits, whatsoever by virtue of this membership. , , (l).this society will act for development of backward class, o.b.c, schedule cast, schedule tribes/caste and poor people in all caste. The main purpose of the society will be provide education and good habits to poor and social backward children. , , (m).that this society shall help in natural calamities such as earth quake, hungrily period, typhoon etc. , , (n).the society shall make a solid organisation of the BARAHMASA, and collect the Bio-Data and information to improvement and progress for Educational of General Public.
