According to Times Engineering Institute ranking survey 2016, GNIT has been ranked Top 6th Private Institution in Telangana, and has been ranked 133rd Engineering Institution in India. , GNIT was conferred with BEST PLACE TO INNOVATE Award on 26th October, 2013 during UXINDIA13 International Conference at IIM Bangalore. GNIT is winner for National level of Go-Kart championship. GNIT solar power plant is used to generating 110 kW power per day during the daytime.
