To maintain, run, expand, develop and raise the institutions known as the Raja Balwant Singh College, Raja Balwant Singh inter College, Raja Balwant Singh basic schools, The Balwant Rural higher Institute, Raja Balwant Singh engineering technical campus (Bichpuri, Agra), Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus (Khandari, agra) and Raja Balwant Singh Polytechnic Institute(Bichpuri, Agra) (founded and maintained under the provisions of the Balwant Educational Trust made by the late Raja Balwant Singh of Awagarh in the year 1901 and maintained and administrated at present by the Balwant Educational Society, Agra to the status of the highest academic educational institution and to start take up other educational, vocational and professional Institute according to the needs of the times. , Achievements:- , 1. Class 1st to post graduate classes (arts, commerce, science, agriculture and education), B.tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA and diploma in technical courses running in the various institutions of the society from 1885 till date. , 2. Various major research projects of the ICAR, Govt. Of India on cent percent grant basis including 2 Krishi Vigyan Kendra. , 3. Various Minor projects are also running on the grant basis from the various research agencies of the state and central Government.
